FAQ

Questions gym owners ask us.

Does my gym need a medical license?

No. Your gym never prescribes, diagnoses or handles medication. Licensed providers in a separate clinical practice handle every medical decision. Your gym introduces the program and keeps coaching.

Who prescribes, and who decides if a member qualifies?

Independent licensed providers review each member’s intake and labs and decide whether treatment is appropriate. A consultation doesn’t guarantee a prescription.

Is this legal for a gym?

Compliant programs keep clinical care with a licensed practice and keep the gym on the non-clinical side. Rules vary by state, and we walk through the structure on the call. We also recommend you talk with your own counsel.

Is it white-label?

Yes. Members see your gym’s brand on the program experience. The clinical work runs in the background.

Does TOH take a share of what my members pay?

No. TOH works on a flat platform fee, not a revenue share of patient payments. We go over details on the call.

What services can members access?

Medical weight loss (including GLP-1 medications when appropriate), testosterone therapy for men, hormone therapy for women, and lab testing. Telehealth care is available in all 50 states; specific medications can vary by state.

Which states do you cover?

All 50 states. Members are seen by licensed providers through telehealth, so one program can serve members wherever they live. Specific medications and services can vary by state.

What does my staff have to do?

Introduce the program, share your gym’s link or QR code, and keep coaching. Staff never give medical advice.

How long does it take to launch?

It depends on your gym and the programs you choose. We map out a timeline on your strategy call.
